FAQs

When will it be delivered?

We deliver once a week: Mondays from 12 to 6 p.m.

If you order by Thursday, 9 a.m you'll receive your delicious meals between 12 - 6pm, to your doorstep or your office, on Monday.

We'll find a safe place to leave it if no one's home and will message you before. Please indicate any property access details in your order.

Are the meals pre-cooked and is prep involved?

No prep is involved. This is like buying a poke bowl – pre-made and ready to eat. Feel free to heat up our savory dishes if you like!

How long will the meals remain fresh?

The meals will be fresh for one week after delivery if refrigerated (41° F and below) so you don't have to worry about it!

If you decide to freeze the meals right after delivery, you can store them for multiple months.

What is the science behind the diet?

Each has been methodically crafted based on gold standard scientific evidence for optimal nutrition. They continue to be modified at the introduction of new evidence.
